Unity in Frederick is hosting a monthly wellness class which will cover various health-related topics on nutrition, fasting, and food lifestyles. Presenters will discuss the science surrounding these topics in depth and share their personal experiences. The classes will start at 11:30 and will last 1 - 1 1/2 hrs.
The September 9th class is titled: Losing Weight and Improving Your Health Without Counting Calories or Exercising" and will be facilitated by Jo Hendriks.
