Beginning Thursday, November 29th and running through Thursday, December 13th, Theresa Wyatt will facilitate the class entitled Self-care. This class involves consciously choosing to care for our mind, body and spirit. When we are our best self, we make contributions to our family, our communities, and our world consciously. The class will be reflective and interactive, providing guidelines and action plans for instilling practices of self-care in the areas of awareness, mindfulness, setting boundaries, letting go, forgiveness, and self-love.
